What is Cold Fire?
Cold Fire is a Fire Extinguisher in a can. Cold Fire can stop a fire from becoming a blaze because it’s so easy to use and super effective so it extinguishes fires quickly & safely, without leaving a toxic mess!
How Does Cold Fire Work?
To understand how Cold Fire works, you must first understand the basic structure of fire. In order for a fire to be created, four components are necessary: fuel, oxygen, heat and chemical chain reaction. These four components form what is called a “fire tetrahedron.” Most agents extinguish fires by breaking down one leg of the fire tetrahedron. Because Cold Fire has 6 times the penetrating capability and 21 times the cooling ability of water, it allows Cold Fire to penetrate a fire faster, absorb the heat, and bring the fuel source generating the fire under its flash point more quickly. Cold Fire also works to encapsulate the fuel source and its vapors, stopping the chemical chain reaction and simultaneously breaking down the molecular structure of the hydrocarbon fuel source, preventing re-ignition.
Is Cold Fire Safe?
Cold Fire is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and environmentally safe. It has a unique thermal insulation capability that prevents re-ignitions when properly applied. It also enhances the penetration capability of water, thereby extinguishing fire faster and using less water.
